The purpose of the "Rhoads Terrace Bible Fellowship School of Biblical, Historical and Cultural Studies" is:

To raise the biblical, historical and cultural consciousness/awareness of our church and community; to liberate/cleanse our church and community's mind from the distorted Western understanding and indoctrination that has colonized and enslaved our minds for the past 500 years; to educate our church members and our community that our lives will be inform from an Afrocentric biblical, historical and cultural perspective that will heal us and free us to serve our community and humanity out of a heart filled with love for God, ourselves and for all men; to equip parents that they'll be able to turn their homes into learning centers, making them the primary teachers in their family's spiritual, historical and cultural development.

We will fulfill the purpose of the "Rhoads Terrace Bible Fellowship School of Biblical, Historical and Cultural Studies" through research, lectures, discussions, application and practice.
